Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 1899) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 93(STA)                                                                                              
     "An Act relating to the duties of probation officers; and relating to

and recommended that the members vote yes.
