Full Journal pdf2016-03-23 House Journal Page 1918 HB 93 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1899) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 93(STA) "An Act relating to the duties of probation officers; and relating to conditions of parole." and 2016-03-23 House Journal Page 1919 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 93(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 93(STA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 93(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 93(STA)?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 93(JUD) Concur YEAS: 39 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Chenault, Claman, Colver, Drummond, Edgmon, Foster, Gara, Gattis, Guttenberg, Herron, Hughes, Johnson, Josephson, Kawasaki, Keller, Kito, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeDoux, Lynn, Millett, Munoz, Nageak, Neuman, Olson, Ortiz, Pruitt, Reinbold, Saddler, Seaton, Spohnholz, Stutes, Talerico, Tarr, Thompson, Tilton, Tuck, Vazquez, Wilson, Wool Excused: Hawker And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 93(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
